Outdoor Christmas decorative lights are popular for street, including the motif lights above street and the motif lights mounted on poles. The lights on this design are LED rope lights and LED string lights, both of them are waterproof with a commercial rating of IP65. Wires of the string lights are rubber, which are strong and cold resistant. Rope lights are protected by a silicon tube. Because of these features, this whole motif lights can work outside in adverse weathers.

The whole light set is constructed with iron frames, and lights are fixed on the iron frame by plastic ties. Most of these production steps are made by hand. We draw the motif on paper with 1:1 proportion, bend the iron sticks to the right shape according to the drawings, and then weld the iron parts together to make the whole iron frame. After welding, the iron frame is needed to be powder coated to resist rust.
