Christmas Outdoor Decorative Large Light Up Stars

These large light up stars take the form of oversized hanging ornaments, complete with caps at the top. Each five point body is divided into alternating colored sections. The pictured versions pair red with white and gold with purple, giving buyers two markedly different approaches to the same familiar Christmas shape.

The standard diameter is 1.8 meters. At that scale, the stars can serve as major features within a festive composition rather than small finishing details. Their broad points create a strong geometric outline, while the caps connect them visually with neighboring baubles and other enlarged tree ornaments. Tinsel adds a visible surface texture alongside the light points.

The listed construction uses iron, LED and PVC. LED string lights illuminate the surfaces, with rope lighting defining parts of the design. The iron framework is powder coated, and an IP65 protection rating is specified. Custom sizes and other colors are available for coordinated projects.

Color selection changes the relationship with the surrounding scheme. Red and white can repeat a traditional two color display, while gold and purple provide a richer contrast for a different decorative palette. Using both versions creates variation through color while preserving a shared outline. Leaving some space around the tips helps the stars remain legible beside round decorations, particularly where several large ornaments appear in the same view.
