Snowflake is an important decoration for Christmas. We use it to decorate our Christmas trees, yards, shopping mall, hotel and any public places. This snowflake motif lights are one of the outside Xmas decorations for street poles.

This snowflake outside decoration is made of white rope lights. Rope lights are made of flexible silicon tubes with LED bulbs inside. Every meter has 36 bulbs. As the LED lights are protected by silicon tube, the rope lights can reach a commercial rating of IP65.

LED is energy saving and has a long lifespan. It takes only 1/5 power to reach the same brightness of incandescent bulbs, and lifespan of LED chips are 50,000 hours. With these LED bulbs, you can save a lot of power, and don’t have the trouble to replace the lights again and again.

The whole design is constructed by iron frames, and lights are fixed on the iron frame by plastic ties. Most of these production steps are made by hand. We draw the motif on paper with 1:1 proportion, bend the iron sticks to the right shape according to the drawings, and then weld the iron parts together to make the whole iron frame. After welding, the iron frame is needed to be powder coated to resist rust.
